Cricket Pad Size Guide
To find your recommended pad size, measure in a straight line from the centre of the knee cap down to the instep (where the toungue of your shoe sits).
This guide can be used for all Junior and Senior batting pads and wicket keeping pads.

Hockey Stick Size Chart
Our simple recommendation for young and growing players is that the stick should be sized to around the top of the hip through sizes 28-36.5". There after decisions should be made on comfort and technique.
We recommend choosing your size as per our guide but it comes down to what feels comfortable for you.
